This was my Quick Draw painting in Aspen. It is the Red Onion on the pedestrian mall.
We had 2 hours to complete the painting. It was a lot of fun!

I have had a busy summer painting. I participated in the Red Brick Aspen Plein Air Festival in August and am going to paint in the Steamboat Springs Plein Air Festival this coming September.
I really enjoy painting outdoors. These are some of the paintings I did in Aspen.

When I first started painting I took lots of workshops from many great artists. I was trying to find my own look or style. Finally I did and now I am having fun with it. I am going to post a lot of the paintings that I have done recently.
